Remember those promises of transparent government back during the election cycle?
Well, I think we can clearly state they were bullshitting us, and doing so hard. The stories, despite the MSM’s lack of interest, are numerous and paint a frightening picture of incompetence and plain old fashioned tyrannical abuse. We have the latest revelation about how Janet Napolitano’s DHS machine has completely politicized and corrupted the FOIA request process, turning it into a political exercise as to who gets access or not, with partisan political employees attempting to steal evidence - under ridiculous pretenses nevertheless - and even tampering with the process and witnesses in an attempt to conceal their clearly objectionable partisan behavior. DHS’s response?
Neener-neener! You can a copy of the report here, and it is damning to DHS. It’s a good thing that Issa is demanding answers after these revelations of partisan corruption cum ineptness. And despite their effort to minimize the significance of the behavior at DHS, even hard core leftists have to point out how ludicrous the claims of transparency come across as, when people are removed for clear political reasons that back the claims they have politicized the FOIA process.
Keep in mind that this employee is not a political appointee, but a long term FOIA expert that has been doing this for a long time. And despite the left’s attempt to say that it is so, he is not being demoted for dong a bad job: he is being demoted for pointing out how rife the political corruption at DHS is. And DHS’s shenanigans and clear political gate keeping around FOIA requests isn’t the only problem, as DHS’s behavior on illegal immigration also shows. Not to mention the fact that Napolitano has repeatedly told us that our problem isn’t Muslim radicals, but those damned right wing haters!
This administration is rife with instance after instance of purely politically motivated behavior and an equal amount of craven, blatant moves to cover up those facts. The only thing blatantly obvious is how transparent their attempts to cover up their constant attempts to hide the truth and pretend they are still being transparent to the people are. This stuff would make the usual lefty tyrants proud in how Machiavellian their behavior has been. Unfortunately for them the lack of interest from their buddies in the MSM has not been enough to keep the American people from finding out what’s going on there. I know this is getting old now, but we need to do it: Can you imagine the response if this was done by a republican administration? Yeah, I thought so.Close this post...

Liberals show their true colors
Anytime I here some leftoid demand civility and blames the right for inciting violence or being violent, I know that what we are seeing is plain old projection. Then we have the things that happen in the real world, you know the facts that one would use to make a case, that we can then look at. In the latest incidence someone shot out the windows at Washington, D.C. Republican office. Know how I know it was a lib?
They didn’t even use a real gun. This stuff happens all the time, but the MSM chooses to ignore or downplay it. Fake stories about violent Tea Partiers or demcorats being attack get massive coverage. Of course, we know the accusations against the Tea Partiers are plain old bullshit when you actually look for who is committing the violence. In fact, the left even has pretend Tea Partiers to help them win elections. And when we discover that the attacks against demcorats are insider jobs done by libs hoping to gin up a leftoid’s dream story about conservative anger and violence, if we are lucky to get a correction, it is buried somewhere so the minimal amount of people see it.
Funniest part of this brief story?
The left is pissed that their buddies in the MSM have not been able to spread their propaganda and convince people that the disasters their actions and ideology have straddled us with and are driving us towards in the not too distant future, are all actually not problematic or actually a good thing. The American people just shellacked them in the 2010 election. And more and more people are realizing that these fools are driving us off a cliff at warp speed as they continue to bungle anything and everything they do. Hope & Change has, in the biggest display of irony possible, really turned into most of us hopping we have some change left after these bozos get through ripping us all off. The left is seeing all those fantasies of socialism winning out and dominating the next 2 or 3 generations they bandied about after the 2008 election, go up in smoke in but a short 2 years of them having power. And it drives them bananas. Expect many more angry bb gun attacks. They mean business!

O’Keefe’s biggest stunt yet?
Holy COW! Check out O’Keefe’s latest and greatest sting operation: he fooled the country! Dang text below.

Shameless attempt to pretend they care…
Now that republicans are hell bent on cutting some measly $100 billion from our bloated federal annual budget - a budget that has jumped up drastically since democrats won the 2008 election by pretending to care about fiscal responsibility, a budget that has tacked on over $3 trillions of dollars in new debt in two short years, a budget that has massively increased the welfare nanny state, and finally it should be mentioned that it is a budget that along with the hostility towards American small businesses by the demcorats is the primary reason job creation has remained negative despite trillions in Keynesian pocket lining schemes by these crooks - the democrats threatening to shut down government if the republicans do not back off, and are now suddenly pretending they care about jobs and making the ludicrous claim that cutting spending will cost jobs. Klein, whom never fails to show how stupid he is, is parroting the new DNC talking points about how these “massive” cuts are going to hammer existing jobs - cushy public sector jobs that produce squat if at all true - as are Pelosi and Reid.
Funny how these bastards suddenly have a concern for jobs, when they seemed totally immune to the economic damage and the massive job hit the previous policies – from the
What is unavoidable is that the last 4 years of donkey control of the spending purse, and doubly so the last 2 years of absolute donkey control of the executive and legislative branches to set policy, have produced nothing but negative results. We have had 2 full years of the job market “unexpectedly” being negative, while the MSM pretends this isn’t so bad. Of course when we had less than 4.5% unemployment and the economy was booming but the guy in the WH had an (R) next to his name, things were dire and bad. Double heh! The left has to lose this fight if America wants to avoid becoming a banana republic, third rate big government socialist state, has-been great nation, where the collectivists pick whom wins and who loses. Don’t buy their sudden concern with jobs. Like all other things about them, it is phony as can be.

Donkey union protection racket backfires
So the Wisconsin demcorats that fled across the border into neighboring Illinois in an obvious slap to the tax payers of Wisconsin and the recent elections in order to cockblock and avoid a vote that would they are going to lose but which would hurt one of their biggest donor-special interest constituencies, are set to cost the tax payers of Wisconsin an additional $165 million in interest payments if they do not come back and vote on a bill to refinance the state’s debt. Funny how democracy to the left only is worthy when they and their ideas win out, and any elections that repudiate their wants and wishes results in all forms of anti-democratic shenanigans and not just vitriol about their oppositions motives, but comparisons to the most undemocratic people they can come up with. Although never Lenin, Stalin, or Mao, though, huh?
These senate demcocrats say they fled the state to slow down the governor’s evil scheme of denying working class people their due protection from “Da Man”, all so the American people could have enough time to learn about the evil budget repair bill. The massive union machine, the DNC, and if you believe the facts and not the attempt to distance itself once the poll numbers showed the unpopularity of this move, even the WH, set their grand counter scheme in motion, and if we grant the donkeys that their flight was truly intended to just buy time for people to see how evil Walker and his plan was, they have been successful. Unfortunately though, the public at large has not been swayed by their bullshit, and in fact holds a very negative opinion of the democrat’s flight to avoid their responsibility in addition to siding with Walker on the issue of public unions putting way too large a burden on the Wisconsin tax payers.
In short, this stunt backfired. The unions were unable to gin up popular support, even with massive help from the MSM, and it is obvious Walker will win this fight. But the demcorats are going to make sure that the people of Wisconsin pay for daring to stand against them and their special interests and continue to drag this out hoping eventually the cost is just too high. Heh! Promises of massive turnout over the weekend to show solidarity, even though heavily coordinated, with lots of busses to get their masses out, fizzled out. The turnout numbers outside of Madison were pathetic at best and no attempt by the MSM to pretend otherwise will convince anyone that these people are anything but elitists children throwing a tantrum now that their parents have told them the good old days are over.
And they wonder why more and more people have come to realize, after acts of blackmail like this one, with heavy costs to the tax payers, why the concept of public unions and their hold on government cronies like them, has reached its tolerable zenith and have to come to and end. The battle ground has changed. The days where the MSM parroting DNC talking point allowed these crooks to easily sway public opinion in their favor, no matter how idiotic what they were doing was, are no longer here. The economy is in shambles because of the statists and the costs of their ideas, and the real people are rebelling against being told they have to sacrifice more so this protected class can live better than they do. We are fed up and we are not going to back down, and America in general will be better off for it.

You can not make this shit up…
Looks like the Obama team has another bad moment when they pull an epic fail telling us all not to ”look behind the curtain”:
I am serious: you can’t make the shit that these scumbags are up to up. Even in your wildest conspiracy theories!
This is like the guy that promises to stop child rape and clean house basically hoping you don’t catch him molesting children in his shed and find out he is not just a scumbag, but a lying scumbag. Seriously, whom do you take more seriously? The guy that doesn’t lie about meeting with lobbyists or the scumbags that tell you they are above all that then go overboard pulling the wool over your eyes in an attempt to keep you from finding out they are doing it anyway?

Chris Christie schools the MSNBC “Morning Joe” crowd
And he does it by pointing out that the demcorat that the people of Connecticut just elected to be the governor, whom is raising our taxes all over the place while pretending he will get concessions from his party’s biggest & most powerful donor block - public employee unions - and telling us all it is so we all share the burden equally, is going to cost the state of Connecticut more jobs and not sharing the burden equally at all.
The response from my state’s new governor was as pathetic as it could be:
Yeah, the state of Connecticut pretends to have a slightly lower tax burden compared to its neighbors, something that’s debatable, and that’s the claim to fame that makes us better.
Oh yeah, and all that high tech shit he claims we make in Connecticut? Most of it is military related, and the left is dying to cut military spending directly impacting these industries the hardest. Besides, both Pratt & Whitney and GE have moved their manufacturing operations elsewhere, and the only reason we build submarines in Connecticut is that absent Virginia, no other state has the infrastructure. Something that will eventually change when the Navy figures out how much more they could save in some other state. Connecticut is going to keep bleeding private sector jobs, the private sector will see their taxes, directly or indirectly, raised even more than the new budget will as the budget gap continues to grow, while the public employee unions will block the concessions request with ease considering they own these retards. But we will all “share” the burden. Right.Close this post...

The left knows they have lost this battle
And the most obvious reason, other than the polls showing people are against these pampered union agitators that want the private sector employees to keep paying their lavish bennies and salaries for them while barely able to pay for their own, is the fact that the WH has decided to throw the DNC and the unions under the bus.
LOL! Yeah, right. The WH smells the charred remains of the “Crash & burn” collectivist cadre, and it is trying to save itself by pretending there is a distance between them. Nobody is buying that crap. And the longer this drags out, the better for the American people. People are seeing who the greedy SOBs are. And through the lies about how the left cares about people or the children. Americans are realizing these craven bastards really only care about their pockets and their ability to buy favors from democrats in return for massive donations.
This is basically the left’s power brokers finding themselves in the spotlight, and the American people realizing how bad they have been had. And the WH has seen the polls and is now looking to save face. Another one bites the dust.

The WH Economists will not testify on Stimulus
So what’s new? That bull will cost us tax payers over $1 trillion and in general only helped demcorat constituencies, lobbyists, operatives, and campaign coffers, to name a few, so it is no surprise that the WH wants to stay away from this hearing.
Evil bastarges! They want that boondoggle to actually have a positive effect? Who the hell do they think they are? Maybe someone should remind them they should have had the same enthusiasm when they held all 3 branches, and America wouldn’t have president Obama and his agenda to turn us into a banana republic today. Pfeh. At least they are exposing the drunken binge the donkeys have been on since they told us the age of conservatism was dead and progressivism would create utopia on earth after the 2008 elections. They sure are setting a record pace in their efforts to create a Soviet style utopia it feels like. Why do I feel that they will continue to ignore reality and pretend this theft of tax payer money thing they told us would save America was a good idea too, huh?

The demcorats are up in arms. In fact the Senate donkeys are are threatening a government shutdown because the republicans want to cut a measly $74 billion from the OVER $3.83 TRILLION 2011 budget. Forget the fact that I am pissed at republicans for only finding a measly $74 billion to cut from this monster, Look at how the collectivists that won the 2008 election claiming they would be fiscally conservative and get spending under control and then proceeded to tack trillions in new debt and to grow the budget in ways that would have caused seizures in economists if anyone had proposed them otherwise, are reacting to this all but token cut! Seriously WTF?
It is pretty clear to me who the crooks holding our future hostage are. Muirgy, want to take a guess? ROLL IT BACK! At this point I want a government shutdown.
Update: Guess who the party of the little people and the party that promised to fight special interests is turning to, to help fight the evil republicans and their piddly cuts! I give you three chances, and the first 2 don’t count.
Harkin, imitating our resident idiot moogoo, pulls the “We have to deficit spend because shrinking our bloated government is going to hurt the already moribund economy” card. I say again: bullshit. Funny how the demcorats are cozy with them evil lobbyists though, huh? I mean, one would be inclined to believe that these lobbyists, after being raked over the coals by these though anti- special interest donkeys - that’s what they told us they would do at least - wouldn’t feel like playing nice with them. But that’s not the case. perchance because the left lied to us again when they told us the days of lobby and special interest power were over? Heh! Power to the people? No way: power to the elite collectivist twit and screw the stoopid people, is more like it.

Let’s get back to rolling back Obamacare.
Now that the distraction of the whole unfortunate and despicable Arizona killings, the subsequent MSM and leftosphere’s even more disgusting and opportunist immediate factless reaction, and the following beat down based on facts, logic, and reason that it finally incited from everyone that was not a collectivist Tea Party/Sarah Palin hating moron, is finally dying down, let’s get to something else: Obamacare and the fact it must die. It now looks like half of the states in this Union are going to court to end this mess, and that’s music to my ears. I hope even more join up to kill this travesty.
Make sure you read that again (emphasis mine):
Remember things like that the next time some factually challenged, KOS talking point spouting, liberal twit tells you Obamacare will save money or, brings up the even more ludicrous notion that without Obamacare the deficit will be larger. If you understand the gimmickry used to have the CBO give them the dubious claim that this government takeover of healthcare would somehow save us $132 billion during the first decade, and now are armed with these facts about the unfunded costs passed on to the states, you shouldn’t have any problems tearing this thing apart.
Let us hope Congress stops grandstanding about taking away more of our first our second rights, to protect us from ourselves of course, and actually goes to work rolling this horrible thing back ASAP.

As I expected, the public courts system drops the ball
When the Obama team took over and huffed and puffed about how much more nobler they were than their predecessors - because they would treat enemy combatants like common criminals and put them through our court system instead of evil military tribunals, in my opinion because they wanted to paint the use said tribunals as something Machiavellian in nature to score cheap political points with people that have a hard time with the fact that things like this practically always fail to work in the real world as well as we would like them too – I predicted trouble. I was especially astounded by Holders nonchalant claim that he was certain that they would be able to get real and meaningful convictions against these terrorists. Well, at the risk of again saying “I told you so”, we have the results of the first such trial proving me right.
While the article goes on to try and put a positive spin on the fact that Ghailani was convicted of the conspiracy charge, and it could possibly can lead to a life sentence, something the judge will have to hand out to avoid more political fall out on the fact that the DOJ was lucky to even get this result, the fact remain that even this small victory was reached by a last minute compromise, as the trail almost resulted in a hung jury. I would love to have the details of how much “compromising” went on to score even this crappy verdict. And I am not the one pointing out the verdict was a pyrrhic victory at best, the DOJ itself does so:
Demcorats love failure, as you contrast what they got compared to their mention of “hope” for an overwhelming conviction clearly proves, and this was a real failure. If this was such a win, there wouldn’t be the need to spin this disastrous result as a positive, and this is spin of the worst kind, or the need to blame the republicans for why Gitmo will not be closed. If Obama really wanted Gitmo closed he could have done so the first day he was sworn in. He was unable to do so because he knew there would be consequences and the blame would be squarely on him.
I laugh every timeI hear some idiot in the MSM, the Obama administration, or on the left state that the problem now is that there are nuanced complications preventing them from doing so. I laugh real hard too. Bush was an evil moron and that’s why he had Gitmo. Obama, whom campaigned on how evil the whole concept of Gitmo and military tribunals for these enemy combatants – a term the left refused to allow for these people until they were in charge and the ones that would incur the American people’s anger if these people got away and killed again – was, now can’t close Gitmo, but that’s because this whole enemy combatant trial thing isn’t that simple of a problem to deal with. Don’t take my word for it! Look at their new found wisdom:
Heh, right. This is just ridiculous. Do they – the Obama people and the MSM - really think that the Bush people didn’t go through the same horrible and excruciating problem of defining their options, all of them bad or worse, and then having to pick the least of them? Is anyone that isn’t blinkered going to be surprised when the Obama team faced with the exact same choices ends up with the same unpalatable solution as that made by the Bush people here? Or is it simply that Obama because claimed he really wanted to close Gitmo during the campaign period, but now that he has to make the decision simply couldn’t find a working solution that makes his not closing Gitmo work, that he is nuanced and gets a pass when Bush was evil for doing the same? I thought so.
That’s the predicament the left now finds itself in after they politicized the war. All those things they merrily went about accusing the other side of doing out of nefarious reasons, suddenly are causing them heartaches with those of us that aren’t going to simply ignore the fact that their actions, or lack thereof, clearly are in contradiction with their help positions on the subject. Of course, we are never going to get an admission that with a very few exceptions, principled or not these people that really believe so are delusional IMO opinion, they opposed these things out of anything other than political expediency. There is some measure of justice however in the fact that they are reap all the consequences of their wantonly negative and destructive past behavior. In the mean time, the American people should remain vigilant to make sure they don’t simply throw us all under the bus so they can pretend they were right.
One thing is for certain: they are really going to have to rethink their push to avoid the military tribunals. Unless they are willing to rig the court system to guarantee the results they need, or simply plan to go ahead and ignore the verdict of these courts if they don’t like the result and hold people indefinitely as they have pointed out themselves they would if they fail, that is. In either case I believe that they are engaging in a far greater travesty of justice than they accused the Bush people of. We all lose when they tell us they feel tribunals are a travesty of justice and that it demeans us when they then go ahead and rig the civilian court. And it is far, far worse for those that accused the Bush administration of being evil for holding people indefinitely without a trial, to then turn around and hold people indefinitely after a trail because they didn’t like the result. Don’t expect them to feel bad about it though. These morons have no problem avoiding logic, facts, or truth in their pursuit of their false self image. When you don’t have morals or a conscience, it is far easier for you to accuse others of being evil and excuse yourself for far worse behavior. After all, you meant well, and the others are just the real enemy!Close this post...

How not to admit your guy sucks 101..
Claim the job of the President of the United States of America is too big for just one man to do! Because admitting you helped elect a novice, without any real world experience and a head full of stupid collectivist bullshit – which always will fail as soon as people that push this dumb ideology run out of other people’s money to steal – that also surrounded himself with like minded nincompoops, isn’t really the reason that he sucks at the job. Even the idiot whose intelligence they made fun of for 8 years straight, and then blamed for everything they could find or make wrong anywhere, to help this new genius community organizer be elected, didn’t have that problem. Go figure. Talk about dumbing down taken to a new level. I bet so many in the media are now having regrets, because they pushed this guy that then did what they wanted and promptly made them and everything they believe in look bad by showing it doesn’t work. So now, we basically have to say America is ungovernable, and the presidency is just to big a job for one man. What a joke. This would be funny if it wasn’t so sad.

Finally! The day of reckoning is here. Today we get to actually vote and respond to our masters that have screwed everything up the last 2 years, and now find themselves making excuses galore. From declaring the opposition political party the real enemy – explains why these fools feel conservatives are far more dangerous than muslim fanatics hell bent on enslaving us all – and then back tracking to avoid this revelation from being made to the American people to Keynesian voodoo economics that have destroyed our future, the left now finds itself looking at a pummeling of epic proportions.
As has always been the case, I expect the left to not realize the issue and problem wasn’t that Americans missed what they wanted to do, but that Americans saw clearly what the left wanted, and responded in disgust. The left won big in 2008 because Americans were not very happy with the fiscal irresponsibility of the Bush years and the constant negativity from the left. The last two years, I have to point out, were exacerbated by the massive spending from the democrat controlled house. Coupled with the economic collapse - created by the still unaddressed ludicrous policy of forcing lending institutions to give money to bad risks, under the misguided notion everyone should own a home, and then even going so far as accusing anyone pointing out this policy was a recipe for failure of being motivated by racism, and a policy of shielding Freddie and Fannie from any regulation so they can keep using them to launder more of these bad loans – people simply decided that the guy offering “Hope & Change” meant he was going to make things better. The left basically campaigned on how much more fiscally responsible and better for the economy they would be. Some of us saw through the whole charade, but way too many people, fatigued by the 24/7 negativity that followed the 2000 elections, didn’t
The donkeys won, and then promptly forgot all of that fiscal responsibility and economic growth stuff, and went back to their core beliefs that collectivism, despite the fact that it has failed, often miserably, when tried anywhere, if done by them, was the answer. Trillions of tax payer dollars were distributed to operatives, lobbyists, friends, and donors - be they corporations getting big TARP outlays, Unions getting entire companies bought for them, or stimulus money that only ended up keeping public sector jobs safe for another year – often with the goal of collecting big come campaign time., but unemployment kept going up while the economy kept going south. The ‘It’s Bush’s fault” meme which had worked so well, became such a shield to hide behind, that the collectivists decided restraints and logic was not warranted. Thus they embarked on the most ambitious and drastic remaking of America since the Roosevelt days, ignoring the economic reality and expectations of their constituents – people wanted jobs and big government can not deliver that – and going for broke.
Where to begin? Government took over control of healthcare, under the guise of fixing it and making it cheaper, after the most disgusting display of tax payer financed buy-offs, ramming this thing down our throats and telling us we had to pass it to find out what was in it, only to then deliver a heaping pile of shit that will drastically lower quality of care and massively increase cost of us all. The manipulations an shell games played to make it look like this takeover was going to save money while not drain our coffers at an alarming pace were astounding. There was more. Congress kept increasing TARP outlays while the demcorats kept badmouthing & blaming Wall Street. Of course they kept doing this because they knew darn well that they had to. A tax payer bailout was part of the original deal made so long ago to make lending institutions pretend risky loans weren’t that risky and loan money to people that would then run a huge risk of defaulting. And that 2000 page Wall Street regulation bill? Left Freddie & Fannie free & clear of any real change or supervision, while making the government’s ability to choose winners & losers, instead of the market and the consumers, a given. Don’t be surprised we see another economic meltdown tied to home ownership because of the scam these donkeys pulled off. We all know that the only thing the near trillion dollar stimulus bill stimulated was bigger government and the demcorats’ campaign coffers. We tax payers now supposedly own GM, but the only people benefitting from that are the union bosses. At least they got that small payoff for the millions they have been sinking into the doomed democrat campaigns. No wonder the membership is demanding accountability. Then there are things like “Cap & Tax” or illegal immigration – which was nothing more than an attempt to reward the law breakers with citizenships so the demcorats can get more voters - which were only dropped after they squandered all their goodwill feeding us that healthcare takeover turd sandwich. A complicit media went along with all the lies. And now that the American people have said they have had enough left is pissed, desperate, and poised to lose. So pissed, desperate, and whiney that they are eating their own.
I am rooting for Nancy, Harry, and Franks, in particular to go down in flames. They not only deserve it: the country does after the rape they perpetrated on us. The left and the MSM will try to spin tonight’s results in favor of the left no matter what. Stories about fraud will be ignored, unless of course they can blame republicans, and army of lawyers will fight any closely contested races. It is all but a given that the House will go to the republicans, despite the massive spending by the demcorats, in every one’s mind. The Senate is still a toss up, but I wouldn’t be surprised that goes to them too. We the people have had enough of the collectivists and their policies. The winners will have a tough task ahead of them, but they can begin by rolling back Obamacare and cutting all that pork in government. 2012 will come sooner than they think, and if they don’t clean up the mess, they can join the demcorats in the unemployment line.
VOTE! (No, not often, not if you are dead, and not if you were bussed in and paid to vote for a certain party). The country needs a fresh start.Close this post...

Heh, that’s what is gripping the left as November comes. Just a measly 2 years after they swept the elections and declared the end of the conservative movement and the new age of progressive big government “Hope & Change” bullshit, we are staring at an election where they are going to be slaughtered. The American people are in a foul mood now that they have figured out what the progressives promised them when they spoke of “Hope & Change” was that they would make all of us equally destitute and beholden to the big state for anything & everything. People are losing their jobs and their homes at record rates. The dollar is tanking, and inflation and a massive trade deficit are surging. This is what the new most ethical and promising congress/administration ever has begotten us. Blame Bush, doesn’t work anymore. Some might still believe the problems are Bush’s fault, but 2 years of “Demcorats gone wild” should dissuade all but the most illogical and insane libs of that idiotic notion. these kinds of gimmicks. Even the threat of repercussions from big government no longer can contain the fact that what we have gotten from the donkeys is is unaffordable.
So now comes David Brooks whom in this NYT article decries the fact big government is breaking everything. Brooke’s decries the fact that:
Here is the simple answer: governments in the past did not try to do the kind of moronic things the progressives now have straddled them with. We can predict the cost of a road, a dam, or a space program, and clearly measure the success or failure of these. Yeah, even when you factor in all the roadblocks by government and organized labor. But government can not solve poverty, especially when the goal posts move constantly, make healthcare available to everyone while making it cheaper at the same time, provide for retirement with a Ponzi scheme it denies others the ability to use and even sends them to jail for trying, or have inefficient government be the enforcer of social justice, just to name a few. Not only has progressive government become an obstruction to economic freedom and growth, it has taken on impossible “feel good” bullshit tasks that can’t be done. Not even with all the money in the world.
All progressives and their schemes can give us is equality of misery. Well, for the shlobs. The elite will, as always, manage, and thrive, and the big problem is that the progressives’ voting base, the same one that is so stupid to ask why people that should obviously vote for demcorats vote against their interests when demcocrats are against their interest, still all believe they can be part of that lucky elite. History be damned.
So now we are back at the crossroads. The American people have been shown what the progressives are really about. Incompetence, lies, outright theft, and all the class, race, and gender warfare in the world isn’t enough to create enough smoke & mirrors to confuse the majority of voters. People are wising up. Even Brooks isn’t smart enough to see the problem is progressive ideology and government. Those blinders sure suck, and pretending that the fix is for big government to do what’s anathema to it, is laughable. Good luck come November fools!
Update: More Panic!!!1!!
The only people still giving to demcorats are unions and the usual beholden corporations that have not been totally abused by these crooks & liars.
