When you lose at the polls, have the judciary do the dirty work for you..

What am I talking about? Well, the questionable warning from Judge Sumi in Wisconsin whom is presiding over the recently passed law breaking the democrat & union stranglehold on the working people:

Madison—Before wrapping up a brief hearing Wednesday, Dane County Circuit Judge Maryann Sumi offered a word of caution to attorneys involved in high-profile lawsuits over collective bargaining in Wisconsin.

Sumi said emotions are running high over two cases she is hearing regarding Gov. Scott Walker’s plan to eliminate most collective bargaining for public workers. That “spirited debate” is important in a democracy, but attorneys must keep in mind their professional ethics, Sumi said.

“They all have a responsibility to promote and not denigrate the judicial branch and, more importantly, the rule of law,” she said.

She advised lawyers to review state Supreme Court rules that say: “A lawyer shall not make a statement that the lawyer knows to be false or with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity concerning the qualifications or integrity of a judge....”

She referred to public comments made by attorneys after a Tuesday hearing, but did not elaborate.

Understand this. The ONLY lawyers that she considers to be lying, and thus subject to this rule which can lead to disbarment, are those that are pointing out what the demcorats – and have no doubt she is one of them, totally beholden to the party – is wrong. That means she has just threatened the opposition with consequences for daring to stand against them. There has been no lying about how blatantly partisan and obviously political her moves are, and that she has intimated that is the case in and of itself should send chills down the spines of those that can clearly see that the agenda here is to basically overturn the will of the people of Wisconsin and the recent election where the left got drummed.

What the left and the unions are pissed off isn’t the fact Walker is making their members pay more, but the existential threat to their heavily lined pockets that the end of employers and the state collection of union dues will mean to their ability to buy political outcomes in the future. And have no doubt judge Sumi is one that will suffer when the left loses this big money machine. There is a clear reason that the lelft has relied heavily on the judiciary to do their dirty work for them, and we are seeing yet another case of that here.
